I am looking for a black business partner for the establishment of a mattress factory in Polokwane. He should have substantial capital available or be in a position to apply for funding from one of the Government institutions – (I.D.C. for example) or other finance houses. The company will be incorporated in terms of BEE requirements, and I am not averse to the partner having a major share of the business. The partner may play an active role or be a sleeping partner, whichever is appropriate. I owned and ran an identical operation in Zambia for 20 years, very successfully, so the risk is almost non-existent. I have a full business plan and financial forecasts available.
