We are a Cape Town based agency recruiting mystery shoppers in Polokwane to commence as soon as possible.
What is a Mystery shopper you may ask?
Mystery shoppers visit retailers posing as ordinary customers and provide detailed evaluations of their experience using written reports or questionnaires and videos.
There is a certain level of responsibility and professionalism required to be an effective mystery shopper. You must complete assignments on Time, be objective, portray a typical customer and be anonymous.
If you are have your own transport, a laptop and have access to the internet please do consider this exciting opportunity.
You will need to have a passion for enhancing customer service level in South Africa, and keen eye for detail, deadline driven and have the ability to send reports on time.
